For 40 years, Albert Supply textile has been at the forefront of making quality clothes in Rwanda. As the market grew and trends shifted, we opened another arm in China in 2003. At the beginning of our establishment, we started as a household general merchandise company dealing in household products like food stuff, detergents to name but a few. In 2019, Albert supply textile opened a clothes factory in Rwanda however, the COVID-19 pandemic slowed our progress like any company in the world although our resolve remained unwavering.

ALBERT FOUNDATION
Our founder Mr. Albert Nsengiyunva has a passion for young people and therefore, the company has allocated part of its revenues to invest in two specific projects as a way of giving back to the community that nurtured him.
Albert school of textile and design
Part of the factory premises, we shall set up a fashion school where young people can come and learn the tricks and turns of fashion and textile. In so doing, we are creating job creators as well as work force for the company. This approach makes Albert supply Textile a giant in textile business in East Africa by creating designers and tailors for the whole East African region. Currently, we have over 100 students we are teaching this craft.
Youth prison outreach
We are extending our arms to the inmates in Rwanda(first) and offer them tailoring skills as a way to give them a landing spot once they are released. We understand that settling back from prison for inmates is toll order and often rejected by the community they come back to. We want to offer them a soft landing by working with the government to start teaching them these skills while still in prison.

Our History
As the factory opened again in 2023, we focused primarily on men’s clothes since this was our DNA however, trends and demands have impacted our business model to include all customers. We have added women, kids, leather,shoes and accessory departments to satisfy our customers both current and future.
Quality and style is our differentiator and this is drawn from our CEO and founder Mr. Albert Nsengiyunva who makes sure every clothe that is off the production line is properly checked and approved by himself before its let out to the market. We take pride is producing quality clothes, carefully tailored and designed to meet our clients tastes and preferences.
Albert Supply Textile is purely a Rwandan company and this means our workforce is 100% Rwandan. We want to create jobs for Rwandan youths as well as bridge the skills gap in the country. In the foreseeable future, we intend to open up similar establishments in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania thus fulfilling our Vision.
